Education Minister Arberie Nagavci at the Assembly session today has spoken of the Constitutional Court's decision that she violated the Constitution when she had cancelled education reform in Kamenica, Periscopi broadcasts.
She reasoned on her decision, just like through a post she made on Facebook.
The ombudsman's report also said that the decision in Kamenica has no development of the teaching process in municipal schools, and that is contrary. The health of the children was in danger, in their best interest. In such a situation, the decision we have made as minister, we have concluded that it is mandatory for us to complete the legal obligation to provide children with the right to education. As the minister of education I have not been able to be alert to the fact that those children have not followed the lesson.
441 kids haven't been studying in two years. It was our positive obligation to act, she said/
I am convinced that if such a situation had happened in Pristina, the time would not have been long long ahead and three ministers would be changed to enable children education. PERISCOP/
