He violated the Constitution: Minister Arberie Nagavci's resignation sought

In the meantime, the Constitutional Court has today published the ruling regarding the constitutionality assessment of the MAST decision on April 23rd 2021, concerning education reform launched by former Kamenica leader, Kastrati remains.
The court has assessed the constitutionality of the April 23rd 2021 decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (in the next text): SERVANT). The request for assessing the constitutionality of this act has been submitted to the Court by the Kamenica Community based on authorisations defined with Article 113's paragraph 4 [Jurisdiction and Authorised Pals] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. In assessing the constitutionality of the controversial decision, the Court unanimously ruled that (i) the request is acceptable; (i) the verdict [in]. April 23, 2021 of August, is not compatible with Article 2 paragraph 12 [Local State], paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 123 [General Principles] and paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 124 [The Organisation and Function of Local Self-Government] of the Constitution; (ii) to reject the requirement for temporary measure; and (iv) to reject the request for withdrawal of”, it says in the Constitutional decision”, in the Constitutional decision.
