This announcement comes after Istanbul has been on Tuesday in charge of peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.
Erdogan has said Turkey is ready -- in principle -- to engage as a security guarantor for Ukraine, but details of such format should be discussed.
Ukraine has proposed the adoption of neutral status, meaning non-membership in military alliances, such as NATO's, or to be a host of military bases, and to have states become guarantors of its security in return.
Erdogan has talked to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by telephone Thursday.
Ankara has said it may be mediating between Russia and Ukraine.
Otherwise, on Friday, April 1st, negotiations have resumed between Kiev and Moscow, while there are still blockades in Marioupol for sending humanitarian aid and evacuation of civilians from the war-torn city.
“We are continuing negotiations through videoconferencing”, Russian side negotiator Vladimir Medinsky said through the telegram.
Our Crime and Donbas positions have not changed”, he said.
Before Friday's meeting, Ukrainian negotiator David Arakhamia has said that, besides Turkey, Germany has expressed readiness to serve as guarantors for security in the event of reaching any agreement between the two sides.
Russian President Putin has ordered the invasion of Ukraine on 24 February.
He's ordered <x0 special” to demilitarize Ukraine.
The Kremlin's action has stirred anger and has been condemned by many parts of the world.
The United States and its allies have responded with severe sanctions against Moscow.
