He said the EU has helped both delegations identify solutions, but it is the responsibility of both sides to agree on a solution.

“We expect them to make progress until April 21,”, he said, adding that the EU wants to remind both sides once again that it is now urgent to find common language.

“Any agreement for the license plates will require political flexibility and compromise”, Stano said.
