He in an interview for Online Economy has added that the economic situation in Kosovo and the war in Ukraine are making business operation difficult.
We've demanded that TVSha be removed in real time. We're looking for TVS to be removed because we're still in time for pandemic”.
“We are in a situation that has surfaced to us war in Ukraine then the poor economic situation in Kosovo is struggling to make these businesses work. We demand as soon as TVS is removed”.
In addition to removing Sogojevo's TV, the excise of oil has sought to be removed all because of the best functioning of businesses.
There are several states that remove excise because of the best functioning of businesses and the state itself because the state depends on taxes. The state must free businesses in order to receive taxes. In these conditions with these price hikes, why don't accysis be removed on the condition that we have oil emissions connected as chains in price hikes, and especially food products”.
These two forms, according to the chairman of the Kosovo Hotel and Tourism House, are better than to go directly to withdraw resources from the Trust, EO reports.
I think the state should think in other ways to help citizens by lowering TVS, excise rather than heading directly to Trust. The Trust would also favour the lower layer because the middle and high class I am convinced it will not attract Trust”.
With the adoption of the Law on Economic Recoveration, where it was completed and changed for the State Value Tax, where through Article 7 of the Economic Resurrection Law that fulfilled Article 26 of the U.S. TV Law, it was stressed that the TVS was linked to the supply of goods and hotel services, restaurants and food services.
So, the State Value Tax in these sectors has turned to 18% from 8% as it was in 2020 and 2021, earlier this year.
