Stoltenberg was speaking after reports by the Ukrainian government Saturday that Kyiv's entire region was “clarified” by Russian forces. <x0lrpin, Bucha, Gostommel, and the entire Kyiv region were freed from the invader”Deputy Ukrainian Defence Minister Hanna Malar said in a Facebook post.
