Alliance for Albanians Chairman Ziadin Sela through a writing on social networks has led a series of accusations towards the former mayor of Tetovo from DUI's ranks, Teuta Arifi. Sela says the European Union should reject our Government's proposal for the appointment of Teuta Arifi as EU ambassador.
“Teuta Arifi must answer before the court for corrupt privatisations with former Karadzic Minister Oligarch pro-Russian Daka Davidovic, for 800 illegal employment, the bankruptcy of Tetovo municipality, and the murder of 14 citizens in Tetovo clinic. The rule of law is the main priority of EU enlargement policy. Gaining diplomatic immunity on Arifi's part as North Macedonia's ambassador to the EU means amnesty for these crimes. If the EU is truly fighting corruption, it should refuse Arifi's appointment, as the US rejected Frckovski”, writes Sela.
