Valentyn Reznicenko, governor of the central region of Dnepropetrovsk, says emergency workers are still seeking an infrastructure facility that was hit in the town of Zvonetsky.
“The high-predicted round-the-night rockets destroyed the base and headquarters of the nationalist Dnepr battalion in Zvonetsky, which also recently received reinforcements from foreign mercenaries”, Russia's Defence Ministry said.
Reznicenko confirmed there was also a strike at the airport in Dnipro, writes Sky News.
“The airport itself was destroyed, as well as the nearby infrastructure, the targets flew”, he said.
Meanwhile, Serhiy Gadai, governor of the eastern region of Luhansk, said a school and a high apartment building were hit in the town of Sevierodonetsk.
