US: Russia seeks 60 thousand new recruits

So stated a senior U.S. Department of Defense official, reports CNN, broadcast the Express newspaper.

He has said that it remains to be seen how successful Russia will be to meet that goal, how much training these forces will have, or where they will be sent.

This official has also said the US has not yet seen new “reinforcements, trained and fully armed”.

The US believes Russia is now lower than 85% of its military capacities, if compared to the time when the invasion in Ukraine began.
