The European Union has made it known that work for the reconstruction of the bridge has already ended and that they are working with Pristina and Belgrade to implement the agreement reached in Brussels.
European Union spokesman Peter Stano has said about RTK that technically works on revising the main bridge and its district in Mitrovica are finished. “The EU is working both with Belgrade and Pristina. All dialogue agreements dealing with the bridge will be implemented completely as soon as possible: Stano said.
Security expert Nuredin Ibishi says bridges are for citizens joining and for the possibility of free movement. “I think revising brings an opportunity more after the deal that was in 2016, then it worked out in 2017, and it went on under agreement, but unfortunately each time under pressure or pressure from Belgrade, then it's every time it's an apple fight I'm saying so the bridge of Ibri, so I hope that by agreement, a new agreement to recapitate the reports between the two sides of the river, but at the same time it will enable the free movement that is lacking in this direction<1> he said.
