Qorray also in an email sent to Education Director Avni Fetah says it is possible that the test is not the same for all candidates.

By contrast, in January of this year, the Podujevo Education Directorate had opened the 12 - seat competition in the primary and secondary schools of this municipality. City response about the possibility of incorrigity in competition

According to the municipality, Marigona Citaku has fulfilled all criteria, including 76 points in the writing test and the average master level grade.

As far as candidate Marigone Citaku's admission is concerned, she has fulfilled all the pre-priced criteria and has completed master-level studies with a high grade. It has shown high performance in written testing and oral interviews, according to the commission assigned to the newly accepted teachers in the competition. Candidate Margona Citaku has met the writing test criteria, and this criterion has not met candidate Elza Qorray”, the Podujevo municipality's response reported.

However, allegations that Citaku may have been employed because of his closeness with the ruling party reject the Podujevo municipality, since the same say it has not affected anyone or discrimination against anyone else either.

“While, as far as anyone's influence is concerned or because of its proximity to a certain political subject, it has not stood, nor has it influenced one person's favour or discrimination. My answer to the issue is in the preliminary email”, says the municipality's response.
