Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Belarusn President Alexander Lukashenko today to discuss the situation in Ukraine and Western sanctions.

Lukashenko has insisted that Belarus should be included in negotiations on resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

Belarus is also involved in Western sanctions, reports Sky News.

The two leaders will meet at the Vostuchny Cosmodrome, a Russian space port in Russia's remote eastern Amur region.
