Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia presidents arrive in Kiev

Through a Twitter post, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said he was going to the Ukrainian capital “with a strong message for political support and military assistance”.
Latvian President Egils Levits said the visit to Ukraine was intended to show “full solidarity with the heroic people and their president”.
The Polish president's office, André Duda, also posted Twitter for the visit.
The meeting to help civilians and the army in Ukraine, as well as to investigate war crimes, said a spokesman for Estonia's president, Alar Karis.
The offices of the four presidents refused to provide details of the visit for security reasons.
