Ombudsman: A 14-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy were raped by Russian troops in Bucha

In a statement in social media, Mrs Denisova also claimed that a 20-year-old woman was raped by invading forces in the northern town of Irpin.
The charges come after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned that reliable reports were showing torture, rape and murder by Russian forces in Ukraine.
Last month, the chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, opened an investigation into possible war crimes in Ukraine following a reference for investigation by 39 countries.
Khan said it would work as soon as possible to seek possible crimes against humanity or genocide committed in Ukraine.
