According to Moliqaj, the way this case is addressed has highlighted Vetevendosje's “truth.
Moliqaj has said that the name and death of Astrit has been used for internal and external warfare.
“Who wants to understand the ruling party through a case, please follow the Astrit case. Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor has announced that on April 1st he has accepted the report by the Swiss Institute of Legal Medicine in Lozanne, concerning the Astrit Deharit case.
According to the prosecution, the report on expertise of the Law Medicine Institute in Lozanne, Switzerland, in the case of Astrit Dehar, states:
Analyses of the AND, from objects that have been in contact with the deceased, Astrit Dehari, in close proximity to death, (bric shave, pen connected with a shoe tie and a piece of metal, have not shown AND profile in addition to him, Astrit Dehari.
Toxicological analysis of the peripheral blood of Astrit Dehar, has shown the presence of caffeine and the lack of ethanol.

According to the prosecution, the report was accepted in French, while on April 8th it was accepted translated.
“Special Procuroria reports that the expertise report has been accepted in French and then sent for translation into Albanian. Meanwhile, on the date 08.04.22, around 15:30, we accepted the report translated into Albanian”, reportedly in the Prosecutor's announcement.
