In their honour, the Government Commission for Missing Persons will place wreaths of flowers before the memorial of undiscovered persons, Kosovo reports.
Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca will also pay tribute near the Obelisk of the undiscovered and then in Mea Gjakova.
Officially in Kosovo, over 1650 missing persons still figure 23 years after the war. Family members still wait for information about the undiscovered and constantly ask the state institutions to whitewash their destiny.
