Days after publishing the employment scandal of militants and families of VV officials at KEK, Insander brings research to other militants employed in the Kosovo Correcting Service. Following the pressure the Insander newspaper has put on them for several days in a row, the Kosovo Correcting Service today has made public the list of the full names of people who have been accepted as a corrective official through a competition announced in December 2021.

Although they had been admitted weeks earlier, trying to hide the names of candidates that have been admitted, the institution had initially violated the law by publishing the full list of personal numbers of candidates, but then erased it from the DPA official page.
Who are the people admitted to being close to the ruling party:
After Insader managed to secure the full list of 50 accepted candidates, which he later made public on their Facebook page, a new network of employing militants of the ruling Vetevendosje Movement party was discovered.
The first name to print this list is Abednego Salkay which was admitted to the Straight Center in Dubrav. He's from Istog City Hall. In 2017 he was the candidate of the Vetevendosje Movement for Municipal Assembly.

Another candidate who has been part of the Vetevendosje Movement is Veton Lajqi, who in his Facebook account has published pictures of Prime Minister Albin Kurti of President Vjosa Osmani.

But after some research done by the newspaper, the person in question deleted these posts after seeing it being investigated by Insander. But we own the photos before he deletes them from Facebook.
The other person who has been admitted to this competition is Liridon Vubovci. He in his Facebook account is seen as a fan of the Vetevendosje Movement.

Apart from employing Vetevendosje sympathisers, KKSH has also broken the law by employing a person who is older than allowed in the competition.
Labinot Rexhepi, who in July was 33 years old while applying in December after his age passed. Competition criteria said candidate should be 18-33
Insander has contacted the media office in the Correcting Service who, through a written response, have said that the selection commission is based on regulations.
The selection commission, based on regulations for the recruiting procedures for correctional officials, has developed the recruiting procedure and announced the results of candidates' assessment”, is said to be in their response to the Isader.
While the other legal violation that the NSH has committed by publishing the candidate's personal numbers has reasoned as “malpractice” publication.
“List of candidates for correctional or personal numbers has been used for internal use and the same has been mispublished, the moment the same was observed is removed from the web page”, said in response.
Regarding this competition, Insander has also sent questions to Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, but they have not returned.
Polles by candidates rejected
Regarding this competition, Insander has also secured a complaint that has been filed by a candidate who is not accepted and who, according to him, has met all conditions.
In his complaint, he claims that militants of the Vetevendosje Movement and people close to the Ministry of Justice have been accepted on this list.

He told Insider wanting to remain anonymous that 90% of the people accepted on that list are militants and family members of Vetevendosje.
