The Metropolitan police investigations into allegations of breaking the rules of Covid-19 found that the British prime minister has violated laws he himself imposed on the beginning of the pandemic.

Boris Johnson is the first active prime minister in history to break the law. His wife, Carrie Johnson, has also been fined.

The Metropolitan police are investigating the violation of the anti-Convict Law at 12 parties in Whitehall and Downing Street.

The prime minister, believed to have attended 6 of these 12 parties, has consistently denied allegations of breaking the law.

The lab leader, Keir Starmer, has called for Johnon's resignation, while liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey has called for parliament to be invited for a no-confidence vote against the prime minister.
