Magbule Hyseni is the sister of Jelal Svechla, the Minister of Internal Affairs of State.
Where actually it wouldn't be news if Svechla's sister hadn't recently been employed in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Isander found.
The same has been engaged in the official position for the Rural National Network and other social partners to prepare the Rural Agriculture and Development Programme (PBZHR) under the Agriculture and Rural Development Project.
This project is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development and funded by the World Bank loan, writes Insander newspaper.
Both of these institutions, the Ministry of Agriculture and the World Bank, have recognized Magbule Hysen's employment in the dictatorship led by Minister Faton Peci, appointed by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
“Zj. Hyseni was engaged in the Department of Rural Development Policy/Authority Management within MBPHR”, the Agriculture Ministry's response to the Insander Journal said.
Hyseni has been chosen for this position by the Ministry of Agriculture, given the World Bank's procurement procedures.
The selection process for staff working in implementation of the project is the responsibility of the implementing agency, in this case the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development”, the World Bank's response reported.
The appreciative commission for the engagement of Hyseni, Svechla's sister, is made up of members of the project and members of the MBPHR.
Meanwhile, its salary under the World Bank's project implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture is 423 euros, according to the pre-priced competition cofficient, equivalent to 7 of the Civil Service.
On all these issues, Insander She asked Magbule Hysen, but the same did not answer, although questions at her address went four days ago.
The World Bank's project, which Hyseni is engaged in, aims at improving productivity and access to market beneficiaries of the project in Kosovo's horticulture and livestock subsectors and strengthening institutional capacities of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development. The date for its closure is June 30th, 2022.
