Ivanovic's murder: His brother testified at the Court today

He has expressed confidence that his brother's murder was done with political motives.

Lawyer Faruk Korenica, who advocates accused Nedelko Spasojevicc, then asked what political sense, while further Miroslav Ivanovic gave his reasons that he thinks for political reasons his family member was killed.

During this week, evidence before the court over the murder of Serbian politician is expected to provide his wife, Milena Popovic.

Marko Rossic, Silvana Arsovic, Rade Basara, Dragisa Markovik, Zarko Jovanovic and Nedelko Spasojevicq are being tried for the murder.

The act against them was established in late 2019, and the initial session was held in February 2020. In April of this year, the Court of Appeals had confirmed the indictment filed in the case. Oliver Ivanov was killed on January 16th 2018 in front of his party's office in Mitrovica.
