The latest “weapons shipment from China to Serbia, formerly even from Russia, poses a serious threat to the Western Balkans, especially Kosovo. We are in an era when states are divided into democracy against the authorities. China and Serbia have chosen the latter to co-exist”, Hoxhaj wrote.
