With regard to a month's maintenance, those who believe in Islam desire that they should fast in religion.
Many studies have made the rite of fasting very useful to one's health. And of this there are many people who practice fasting and bear witness, that they say: Fasting is helping you in your health.
But are all who fast for health benefits conscious?
If we put aside the estimate of Islam's religious ritual (to total food and drink abuse) fasting occurs in lowering cholesterol, eliminating toxins/vents from the body, reduces sugar and fat in blood. By fasting people create healthy feeding habits and increase their immunity.
