The head of the Ministry for Return and Communities, Goran Rakic, along with his staff, has interrupted the boycott launched a week ago from Monday.
However, although he had stopped working, Rakiq had not stopped using the benefits the state of Kosovo provides because of its position.
And civil society considers such an act to be misuse of office.
Deputy Prime Minister for Kthim and Community Mevlud Sinani has said Rakiqi's absence has been for a short period.
This has been a very short period, it's been a five-day period, of course there hasn't been any major problem. Since he started work yesterday we can see if he continues, I believe there won't be any major impasse”, he said.
Despite failing to work, Rakiq has continued exploiting Kosovo's state resources, RTV Duguagjini reports.
While he was the minister, he wasn't even his official car.
No, no, it was his official car”, Sinan suggested.
The action, which Rakiq has not done for the first time, according to civil society members, constitutes misuse of official duty.
Mejidie Demolli Nimani from Movement “FOL” requires sanctions in the Government Bill under consideration.

I also believe that this would have to be arranged for government officials”.
Otherwise, on Friday 25 March, Serbian List leader Goran Rakic mentioned that the suspension of work affects all Serbs working in Kosovo institutions, including the mayors of Serb majority municipalities.
However, questioned by RTV Dukaagjini, Rakiq has not indicated whether even mayors have returned to work.
The issue has not been answered even by the Ministry of Management of Local Power.
As a result of the boycott, several assembly sessions in northern municipalities have failed to be held during the past week.
Job boycott, Serbs launched last Monday, following a suspension of Judge Ljiljana Stevanovic because of her participation in the Security Council meeting in Serbia
