Kosovo at this meeting will be represented by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Donika Grovalla.
It is expected to talk about the progress achieved in the country, Serbia's approach and the risks facing the region following the Russian Federation's military aggression in Ukraine.
Albania, which since January 2022-2023 has been elected to the UN Security Council for the first time this year, will also participate.
