The Kremlin denied me allegations that Russia is involved in the missile attack at a Kramatorsk train station in eastern Ukriana, Retweers reports.
Speaking to reporters, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said the Russian armed forces had no prior mission in Kramatorsk for Friday, writes The Guardian, following Periscopi.
The Russian Defence Ministry has also denied that Russian forces are responsible for the attack, according to the state news agency RIA.
The agency quoted the Russian Ministry as saying the missile was of a kind used only by the Ukrainian Army.
And according to the region's governor, the number of people who lost their lives from the train station attack has gone to 39.
He said that despite the attack, the process of evacuation of civilians will continue.
