The “They in the eastern region of Luhansk will function if the invading Russian forces stop their grants”, Vereschuk added in a statement.
Ukrainian officials try almost every day to pave their way for the evacuation of civilians from Marioupolis.
Thousands of civilians remain trapped in this city as bombings and fierce fighting continue.
Most evacuation efforts, however, have failed, and Ukraine and Russia have blamed each other for disrespecting the ceasefire.
