Local media report that sirens have been heard at night and in the early morning hours from Kiev to Odessa and from Kharkivi to Lviv, as well as in Mykolaiv, Donnetsk and Zaporizhija.
So far, the Ukrainian Army suggests that Russian bombs have hit a pediatric hospital in the Mykolaivi area and several civilian buildings.
There are dozens of victims reportedly, including children, but the balance of fatalities is still not clear. / A2 CNN
