Commander suspected of ordering massacre in Butqa discovered

Ukraine's sources have said Lieutenant Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov is leading the 64th Brigade of Motorized Weapons that has occupied the Kiev region, where Russian troops are being charged with the local population massacre.
The evidence that is growing increasingly towards equality in Butch, with the raped and murdered women and children raising the requirements for responsibility for atrocities by Vladimir Putin's forces.
Ukrainian activists and detectives have identified the presence of Ombekov forces who in normal conditions are located far east of Russia - and a number of other Russian Army units.
So far, no other commander has been declared by these forces except Ombekov.
Russian sources have reacted by saying Ukrainians are responsible for atrocities in Butka and other locations -- and that they are guilty of war crimes.
On the other hand, Russia has denied having committed the massacre in Butka. Russia's Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov said that “Russia's Defence Ministry rejects all these false charges”.
“I want to stress that Russian forces have left Butka on 30 March”, he added.
