UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres after meeting with President Voldymir Zelensky in Kiev, has talked about evacuation of civilians.
He says the situation in the besieged southern port city of Marioupolis is a <x0-crisis within the crisis” and that everything is being done that is possible to evacuate people locked up inside the steel factory.
We are doing everything we can to evacuate people from Marioupol's Azovstal steel plant. The situation in Marioupol is a crisis within the crisis.”, he said.
