The “Experts from Kosovo and Serbia today have met for the last time in working groups for license plates before the deadline on April 21st. By their jobs they prepared for tomorrow the discussions of the chief negotiators. Now it is up to the chief negotiators to find an agreement on the road before”, he wrote on Twitter.
On September 30th, with EU mediation, Kosovo and Serbia reached temporary agreement on plates. But working groups from Kosovo and Serbia, with EU mediation, have deadlines until April 21st to reach a final agreement.
