Boychenko made these comments hours after Putin ordered his troops not to attack the last Maryupoli defenders who are a steel factory and who declared his victory over the entire city.
“Any kind of statement that is made- the city is and will be Ukrainian”, he said that it seemed to be an answer to Putin's comments.
