The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development provides soft loans to the amount of 5m euros, compensationed by an investment grant to the amount of 1 million, to assist in implementing the “Cornosis of Gelbra Cities ♫ Energy Efficiency in the Pristina Public Building” project, and simultaneously mobilise a technical grant with a total of 315,000 euros for the implementation of the specific elements of the<x> project, he wrote.
“Today, with the EBRD, we institutionalised co-operation through the signing of the Credit Agreement for implementation of this project, which aims at investing in measures for energy efficiency in public buildings (posts, schools and primary health care centres), improving and changing heating systems, thermal isolation of buildings, and installing more efficient doors and windows. We are extremely committed to pushing forward projects that are in line with conservation of the environment, sustainable development and promotion of efficient energy, to reduce the air pollution level in the capital, and wider”, Rama concluded.
