Berisha: Security Fund tools should not be used for KSF, not safe.

The origin of tools is not safe. The military must be financed from the state budget. For the military, the budget must be divided into formal, legal ways, so that the compromise of this institution will not occur”, Berisha has indicated.

This fund is illegal. The way of meeting is to misuse the Albanian seat in both Kosovo and diaspora. We've witnessed it in wartime, creating a 3 percent fund, then the birth wish fund calls. According to Berisha, the funds provided for the fund could be re-destined under the decision on which the fund was founded.
