Anti-corruption clearly says: We're verifying something to Luan Dalip.

Initially, Periscop has noted that Dalipi is a owner of three businesses that are not active in ATK, but in the ARBK are active and has not declared the same on the property form, like other officials operating in these cases. After this reportPeriscope in this case has sought to receive an answer from the AKK.

The Anti-Corruption Agency, from regular media monitoring, has identified information concerning the Apostolic Official's Business, and is therefore verifying the case by the responsible departments. The agency in no case prejudges the outcome of the investigations before all investigations are conducted under legislation in effect. The development of investigations and control of property is carried out without ethnic, gender, language, religion and other declaration subjects”.

In view of this response, the editorial has reported that AKK has launched investigations into Dalipi. Immediately, or March 24th, the AKK has said that “Anti-Corruption Agency reports that news published in some media that the AKK has launched investigations into the prime minister's adviser is not correct. For the correctness of accurate and fair public opinion information, the Anti-Corruption Agency explains that in dealing with the case of Kosovo Prime Minister Luan Dalipi's statement of property, that from regular media monitoring has identified information concerning the business of the atrophied official, and is currently verifying the case from the responsible” departments.

After this response, Periscop has specifically asked the Agency: “should, or shouldn't the senior public official declare non-active wealth-form business?

The AKK has given a vague answer, and has not answered specific questions.

Various public officials are obliged to make a statement of property under the Law on Declaration, Origin and Control of the property of senior public officials and declaration, background and control of gifts for all official persons as follows: The statement about the state of the wealth of senior public officials and their family members contains information about their wealth, their income, such as incompatibility; playful wealth worth over three thousand (3,000) Euro; their ownership of shares in commercial society; valuable letters; money saved in the bank and other financial institutions; financial obligations to persons and legal persons and annual revenues, carried out within or outside the country”.

Perhaps, in this response, the AKK has said that the senior official should make a firm statement to non-active businesses, when he spoke about their ownership of the stake in the commercial society. Maybe...

Since the answer again has not been clear, Periscop on March 30th has asked an AKK question: “A you have verified this case, and if so, what you have decided to take. If it hasn't been verified yet, how long do you need it, and can you tell us exactly what you're verifying?

After six days, the AKK today has given this answer: “in terms of handling this case, the Anti-Corruption Agency has taken back the constitutional measures of law and, according to accepted information, has begun the preliminary verification of alleged claims. So we're handling this case in regular procedure”.

So the AKK response is again “filozofic”. What is known is that there is no preliminary verification, as the Agency conducts administrative investigations and this is where the matter ends. Even, based on the AKK's internal regulations, the investigation could last up to six months.
