Amir Hoxha wrote to the US Embassy about Jedal Svechla, says his case has political cootation

Former police official Amir Hoxha, who was suspended from duty by the Kosovo Police, because he criticised the government for failing to pay enough and extra hours to police officials has confirmed that he has resigned from the police. Hoxha, through his Facebook account, has announced that his contract was cut off from the police and [...]
Hoxha, through his Facebook profile, has announced his break in the contract by Kosovo Police. According to former police official, his case has received political co-operation despite his interest in no political subject.
He suggests he has addressed the US Embassy to complain at Interior Minister Jedal Svecla, Kosovo Police Director Samedin Mehmeti and Colonel Fahredin Verbofci.
“ ... Upon hearing about that post, according to a medium's statement, Interior Affairs Minister Jedal Sveqla, in co-ordination with the general director of the KP, Samedin Mehmeti and Colonel Fahredin Verbovci, ordered my arbitrary suspension, which was unbased in law”, said in his writing to the US Embassy.

The following is Amir Hoxha's full post:
Honored:
I just got word of breaking my contract with the Kosovo Police.
That my case has taken on political cootation that wasn't my goal as well, I don't even care that I've ever been interested in any political subject, or that they haven't licked up behind the powers just to build a career or get promoted.
Why the militia of a certain political subject have created this approach to me I can't understand, I didn't even criticize him for focusing on any particular party subject, I just addressed an issue that concerned me as a police officer.
I've been touched by the police institution where I served and didn't even save my health in his service, which recently in all the lower ways has attacked me, denigrated me and violated all right.
As for the case of the date 04.02.2022 after my post enjoys broad support from the media and the whole civil society including KLMDNJ then the state stood by taking action as illegal as it was through police management to satisfy its policy ego.
With the date 05.02.22 contact me with a person who was introduced as xxxxx journalist who knew every detail about the case happening in Croatia including internal investigations as well as the day I missed the interview, so there was no one in that information but professional standards, KBD, the region of Pristina all on the Kosovo Police Framework.
I was also surprised to see in the media and the report that the Croatian liaison office has requested. I So that's exactly what the Kosovo Police are about to have that report, which in no way has the right to spread to the media for any reason left when there's a sense of denigration of a personality that is more against the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and that are like the following.
Code 07/ L-074 Article 426 par 1
03 /L-025 articles 4 par 4. Article 12 pars 1.4. Code 04/L -082 under 37 pars 2.3, as well as police law where privacy and impartiality are basic to police activity.
In a very legitimate state, it would have been described as a huge scandal.
As soon as I get that information with the date 05.02.2022 I wrote to the American Ambassador through Facebook telling him about all the plans that I just got the information that they're preparing for me from the structures within the Police of Kosovo itself because as an individual I was powerless to walk the processes when I knew I had to do with the state itself.
Then the same newspaper contacted me after two days telling me that if they're not promoted, they're going to publish the material they own. (The official documents that the police have given to me, breaking every ethical and professional code of a serious institution) just to achieve their goal of sharing my personality in public.
As for the case of Croatia, I've never concealed anything like this, and for our mistakes, we can also be punished for something that I've been punished, and I haven't accused the Croatian Police of because they were doing their duty, but whoever has the experience to be stopped by the police is not that every time what's written in the letter, because I've been a cop and by experience I've learned a lot about how it goes with police work and procedures written as applied in reality.
So for my ban on Croatia, I was fined and paid the fine which was neither mandated nor even photographed, because if it were my serious objection I would not be released immediately after the penalty was paid,
It's fair for everyone to presumption to be innocent or even to admit guilt, but the way it's distributed even the purpose of sharing that information shows that the responsibilities that work in serious institutions such as MPB police in Kosovo are not happy with even the smallest institute culture, thinking that they own the institution that can do whatever you want for any small material benefit or favor of any nature.
And unfortunately it turned out, that neither the prosecution nor the IPK took action to investigate the case, I say the right about this second one is surprised because even the KK is directly dependent on the Minister of MPB, but I was surprised by the prosecution because I believed in a certain independence of the Supreme Court.
I was suspended for a separate post, those who committed criminal acts by distributing confidential information to the media, even for the case that they were investigating inside, strengthened their positions and were disassembled by power and by any of them responsible for possessing that documentation was not questioned by the Attorney for how those documents came out.
This is a flagrant violation of human rights, law officials know very well but justice in Kosovo leaves a lot to want.
On the 6.02.2022 at 4: 00 p.m., I wrote an e-mail from official email including the general director of Samedin Mehmet, as well as the entire chain of my command, where I've asked the latter to proceed to the IPK, where I've also received confirmation from Major Shonza Xhafa that the case has been submitted to the IPK and that I've never received an interview invitation from the IPK, nor that they've taken a step to investigate the case, that here I doubt the main hand of the suspension has been able to control even the PBK.
And so after that publication, there are cases of electronically or even on the street that some militants have offended me with whatever expressions are even lower words.
So with propaganda like this, they've been trying to create a negative perception of me in the Kosovo society, they've used my own photos of visiting Brograd that I also don't deny that I've been to Belgrade and I don't feel ashamed that I've been on visit, that in any country that I've ever been to visit with more pleasure will.
How about almost everyone
The people who slandered me had their own profiles or fake names, as well as in each profile they didn't miss the symbol of a certain VV political subject, trying to weave propaganda against me, and psychologically influence the public that today are almost all social users.
Every moment I've been feeling tired, I've called back the police management, but none of them have taken any steps to deal with my concern, except Major Shore Xhafa, who's been very correct, and all my requests have addressed correctly.
Then I decided to place the lawsuits in the Court and Prosecutor's Court, and the moment I finished and handed them over to the Founding Attorney then, there were serious chances of my life and my family...
And these are rather than dealing with serious cases of crime for which I possess evidence (videoincination) that testify to violence, torture and flagrant human rights violations within the Cosmore police, as well as proof of photos that have been applied to the Kosovo Police official in organised crime, but because of the sensitivity of the images, I will not publish them in social networks and the authority they should have.
These were on Facebook comments. And I haven't given up now, and I've continued under no pressure or blackmail that they've tried to do to me.
If there's political revenge, there's lots of arguments that make me believe in that scenario.
But so far I've believed that there might be some personal resentment within the Kosovo Police that even that possibility stands, except by looking at the courses of how they went about investigating any direction that leads to that the state can have its own finger here.
I base this on the case of 2017-2018 when I and my colleague E.V. I've been driving the official car on the way to “Garibaldi” in Pristina, when suddenly a man comes and hits the official police car, I'm surprised that until that day we don't have a single person to hit our police car for no reason, so we've suddenly come out of the car to see what's going on or what's going on with the problem that the person who was attacking us so aggressively, maybe there's a problem for us to help us, because at the base of the preliminary behavior of some kind of person who might even have this mental problem, the person that the person who had hit the police who had been in a very high position when Sami had a conversation just to get all used to call us in the process. After we requested the same documents he refused to introduce us, where he forced us to enforce the law had to make his arrest. Just after taking statements, prosecutor R.M. can open two cases:
Break of order and public calm
Disobedience to the legal order of the police.
The man took our names and ID numbers, and I've always expected that one day they'll act against me or my colleague for the moment the case will happen.
All in the end, I'm proud of my work and my contribution to the Kosovo Police and I'll be as long as I'm alive, and the fact that I've served with a lot of boys and girls who have been very professional, courageous and natives and that it's a vital value of Kosovo's entire State in general as a special institution, but in my case have I deserved that treatment by the state of Kosovo?
This is my last post, and with that I want to end this case, I just want to live my life where and with whom I love you. The right of life and freedom is guaranteed by law wherever I choose to live.
Respectfully Amir J. Hoxha
