Kurti said property should be returned to the AKP and that returning legitimacy where it is required is incommpromis.
“Reviewing the proposal for abolishing government decisions to withdraw from the privatisation process and return of properties administered by the AKP to municipalities: Gjilan, Ferizaj, Suhareka, Skenderaj, Decan, Unnik and Han of Elez. The implementation of legitimacy is the fundamental principle by which our government is guided for this return of legitimacy where it is required is incommpromis. The decisions of former Haradinaj government through which AKP lands are divided to certain municipalities today must be abolished because of changing legal circumstances”, Kurti said.
Local Power Minister Elbert Krasniqi said decisions should be abolished for reasons that have not been implemented and because of changing the law.
“The MAPL has brought for approval the abolition of several decisions by the former Haradinaj government. The proposal for abolishing the decision is based on the reason these decisions have not been implemented and on the fact that in 2019 the law of giving in the use of municipal property has changed, and that we should harmonise”, Minister Krasniqi said.
The government cabinet overwhelmingly approved the proposal-making of the Ministry of Local Power.
