Africa Muciqi appears before court, his statement closes to the public

The Actakuza says that the accused, exploiting the plight of the injured, had been given money, which had been forced to pay huge sums on behalf of interest, which exceed millions, reports “Justice Trust”.

According to the indictment, set up on May 8, 2019, accused Dalip Brahimi, Ismet Salihu and Bujar Gerbeshi, from unconfirmed date until December 20th, 2018 in Pristina, exploiting the difficult financial situation had given money to the guilty Bejtush Zhugolli, Skender Blackqori and Besim Beqiri.

The indictment reportedly injured Batush Zhugoll, in August 2008, February and July 2010, by accused Dalip Ibrahim had received a total of 165 thousand and 914 euros, while injured Zhugolli had returned the rest of his debt to accused Dalip Brahimi to the injured Betyush and Ilmi Zhugoli a 167 thousand euro price, three residences worth 146 thousand euros, an 805 euro car <x0Mede>, which is worth a lot of damage to Jogulli, a multi-euro euro.

The indictment is said to have registered this real estate in the name of Dalip Brahim, while the injured Blackchim during the 2010-2019 period, had taken money from accused Gerbeshi, who, in addition to the money he had received in the name of the file, had also received from a resident in the neighborhood “Mati 11”, on the surface of 86,16 m2.

The injured man Jakup Blakqori, according to the indictment, had contacted his brother Skkerer, who had told him that accused Bujar Blrobeshi would bring 15 thousand euros in order to pay customs for the ceramics he had imported and that if convicted Grbeshi to injured Jakup Blackqor, he had told him that 8 thousand euros would stop in the name of the debt interest of his brother Skender, while the $900 euro could be obtained.

Thus, reportedly in the indictment, the injured Jakup Blackchior had received a total of 6 thousand and 900 euros and had paid 10,000 and 500 euros in the name of interest.

According to the indictment, the injured Beqiri had received money from accused Gerbeshi, who had forced Beqiri and his sons to pay the contracted interest in many of the 4 thousand euros.

The SPRK of accused Dalip Brahimi, Ismet Salihu and Bujar Gerbeshi are burdening them with criminal work “Fajde”.

The same are also being charged that in co-ordination and with accused Dalip Brahimi at the helm, they had received and negotiated for themselves the grossly unproportional amount of property, in exchange for service for the other person, exploiting the serious financial state of the injured Betush Jougolli, Skender and Jakup Blaqor.

P The SRK is also charging them with criminal work “organised crime”.

According to the indictment, accused Gerbeshi said that during the period of January 2017, until December 20th, 2018, he had given money to the injuries of injured Africa Muciqi, at many of the ten thousand euros, while the injured Mukiqi had been forced to pay him 1030% in the name of interest.

The prosecution is charging it with criminal work “fajde”.

According to the indictment, accused Dalip Brahimi, on September 6, 2015, had been hit in various parts of the body by the injured Skender Blackchior in order to act at the expense of his wealth, where the injured Blackchior had gone to the home of the accused Brahimi to seek the release of the apartment, but he had seriously damaged the victim with words “guards Mr. ”

Indictees Alban Geci and Ismet Salihu, during the unproved period of time until December 20, 2018, are charged that in the neighbourhood “dania” in Pristina, their locals had organized fortune games without the permission of the competent state body.

Prosecutors Geci and Salihu are charging the prosecution with criminal work “Organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling”, according to Article 300, paragraph 2 related to KPRK's Article 31.

The Brahim beat, on the other hand, is accused that during January 2017 until December 20, 2018, he had helped his father, accused Dalip Brahimi, to bring similar benefits.

The indictment is said to have contacted and mediated the most injured Gentrit Beqiri, about the debt his father, Besim Beqiri, had on accused Dalip Brahimi, asking the same one to adhere to his father's obligations to Dalip Brahim.

P The SRK and the accused Brahimi are loading him with criminal work “Fajde”, from Article 343 concerning KPRK's Article 33.

Indictee Lulzim Berisha, over the period of January 2017, until December 20th, 2018, is accused of helping accused Gerbeshi bring the same rich benefits, contacting and mediating with the injured African Muchiqi, demanding that the same one abide by his obligations to accused Gerbeshi.

For these actions, accused Berisha is being charged with criminal work “Feide”, by Article 343 over KPRK's Article 33.
