35-year-old arrested in Vlora, part of criminal group

Police in Albania have continued the encrypted operation “FIVE”, where even the research citizen A.K. was arrested. T., 35, resident in the sector “Independence”, in Vlora, after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organised Crime, ” SPAK” has assigned the measure of security to prison for criminal acts “the structured criminal group” and “to conduct criminal acts by criminal organisations and structured criminal group”.

Thirteen criminal episodes of narcotics trafficking, narcotics production and sale have been recorded, as well as the cultivation of narcotics in Vlora cities, Tepelene, Durres, Tirana, Lezha, Prrenjas, during the period March 2019-November 2020. Following evidence provided during the investigation, the First Scale Task Exchange Court for Corruption and Organised Crime has established the appointment of personal security measure “Arrest to prison “, for criminal acts “Narcotics Trafficking”, “, “Producing and selling narcotics”, “Narcotical plant deployment”, <x9 criminal structured Group” and “The task force of criminal acts and criminal restructuring of the criminal group, including at this criminal activities. Police forces involved in the operation have executed security measures “Arret in prison” for citizens D. D., 23, E. L., 32, A. C., 33, S. K., 26, J. A., 19, K. D., 38, S. D., 31, F. R., 38, H. R., 31, H. R., 29, A. K., 52, J. F., 39, V. P., 33, F. D., 57, L. L., 43, E. C., 38, B. B., 37; and F. M., 54 (PZ police officers, Tepelene) and A. Also executed are security measures “Arrest in prison”, for citizens E. W., 38, M. B., 21, M. Mr., 27, S. B., 29, M. T., 21, A. M., 48, A. L., 34, A. P., 35, N. L., 36. H. V., 66, L. C., 56 years old., K. D., 35, K. L., 29, and E. P., 23, who are currently serving sentences for other criminal acts.

Following the actions have been announced in search of several others who were not found in their homes during the operation to execute security measures.

Also, the Court has appointed the measure of personal security “arrests at home” to citizen N. Lee. and personal security measure “duty display”, for citizen A. St.

During the investigation, it has proved that citizen F. M., tasked police officer at the Tepelene Police Commissioner and citizen A. L., with police duty at the Gjirokastra Police Local Directorate, have consumed elements of criminal activity “Use of task”. For these citizens, personal security measure “Arrest is assigned to prison”.
