Vuciq: I was asked 2/3 of police officers in the north to be Albanians and accept Kosovo to the UN

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has said that things for Serbia will only deteriorate over the next few days. Serbia, he has said, has added international pressure to the Kosovo issue, which relates to reaching the final agreement in Brussels.
I can write a novel for these nights. They demanded that 2/3 of the police officers in northern Kosovo be Serbs and that we agree that Kosovo be admitted to UN”, he has said.
Vuciq, in interview on Serbian television P RVA, said a major pressure has started on Serbia, following rejection of these requirements.
“We rejected, a major pressure began and eventually agreed that the Brussels agreement should be reached without these two conditions”, Vuciq said.
Vuciq has said Serbia is an extremely difficult situation, following the outbreak of war in Ukraine.
The essence of all of this is that Serbia is in a serious position. It's not just politics, it's also the economy. I can't hide this sorrow even if I wanted”, he said.
According to Vuciq, the situation for Serbia today is different. He has spoken even of wars in the former Yugoslavia and has said former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic was not guilty.
Now things are much harder than before. When we talk about the conflict in the former Yugoslavia, we always find the blame in someone else. I think it takes two pairs for a fight. And I say Milosevic wasn't guilty, but it was his duty to calculate the consequences. That's what I'd say today to Putin and Zelenski: it's up to you to accept the blame, to be traitors, to lose the election, but to save your seats”, Vuchic said at the end. /Gazza Express/
