Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has launched a letter to the European Union regarding Serbia's authorities' request that Kosovo co-operate with O The EU for holding April 3rd elections in Kosovo's majority Serb municipalities broadcast Periscopi.
Sure enough, Kurti stresses how Serbia uses terms as a fair voter, with what it requires from the EU and the OSCE not to legitimise that.
In particular, Belgrade uses the term “votters rightly vote” to refer to Kosovo Serbs who have dual citizenship. However, this is according to the civil registry defined and possessed by Serbia's illegal municipal structures in Kosovo, thus violating our Constitution and laws. It is important not to be legitimised by EU or OSCE authorities. Also, their reference to voters rightly voters and not local voters is incompatible with the best international practices.
