In his address, Price said Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities have left residents without water, electricity, food and medicine.
Many people, Price added, have not been able to escape as a result of the “pitiless bonds”.
The United Kingdom Defence Ministry said Russia is employing “an added number of” forces to surround Ukrainian cities.
This will reduce the number of available forces to continue their progress and further slow Russian progress”, the British Defence Ministry said. / REL
