Their announcement says their demands are basic, reasonable and legitimate, as well as without high budget costs.
Aside from the announcement, they are reportedly recommending solving problems through dialogue, while strikes are leaving them only if they are forced to undertake.
Here's your full announcement:
The “Sindicate of Kosovo Nurses in order to create relief and avoid union measures, in this case of strike from which no one will benefit from, while the consequences will only affect citizens who rightly seek services, present the requirements deposited in the Health Minister, SHKUK and USKKKKU Board, along with protole numbers, hoping to be managed more easily by these institutions.
We remember that our demands are basic, reasonable, legitimate and without high budget costs:
- Pay cofficiency 7.1, according to the latest billboard where the doctor figures with the coeficient 10.1,
- The increase in overnight exchanges for nurses from 18m to $36,
- Paying overtime/hours,
- Paying job risk,
- The payment of work on weekends, as is paid to doctors.
We recommend and prefer the way of social dialogue, while union measures and actions we will take only if we are forced.
The Union of Kosovo Nurses”, said in their announcement. / PERISCOP
