Russian Army grenades continue to prevent the evacuation of civilians from towns surrounded: Kiev, Marioupol, Sumi and Harkiv, Ukraine says.
Russian state media say the Russian Army is ready to reopen humanitarian corridors.
Ukraine has refused on Monday the Russian proposal for the evacuation of civilians, as many of the evacuation routes led only to Russia or its ally, Belarus.
The third round of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine ended on Monday with little agreement. The fourth round is expected to take place today.
The foreign ministers of Ukraine and Russia will meet this Thursday in Turkey.
