According to him, this is happening because Russia aims to establish a Moscow-controlled region after failing to take control of the entire country.
“Actually, this is an attempt to create North and South Korea in Ukraine”, said Kyrylo Budanov in a statement.
He added that Ukraine will soon launch a guerrilla war on Russia's occupied territory.
