Tomorrow begins placing stickers on car windows

According to the heads of the Kosovar Security Bureau (BKS), this project aims to reduce the number of vehicles not secured in the country and accelerate Kosovo's membership process in Green Carton.
BKS Director Sami Mazrek has said of Kosova Prees, that from tomorrow to 10:00, it begins to be applied in practice to stick stickers through the glass. Mazreku stressed that citizens are not obliged to pay for stickers.
“Yes, as we have warned days ago, like the Bureau along with the Central Bank of Kosovo, insurance companies, the Civil Record Agency, we have completed all technical procedure aspects to start tomorrow with stickers. It's been promised every time to take concrete action to lower this number of vehicles (unregistered), but never has something concrete been done, but now is the first time that the Bureau with the support of the CEC, and insurance shareholders for this first project being supported in order to reduce this number to a large extent. We are trying to help with this project to see Kosovo police cars in traffic without having to stop them from being registered or unregistered. Stysers has had the year-on-year color, as well as other dates for identifying the police as to which month the census expires”, he said.
Director Mazreku says that citizens will have zero costs for stickers, and it also tells of the actions citizens should take that registered their vehicles before March 15th.
The cost of this project has been supported by the shareholders of insurance companies, this cost has to be covered by Bureau members. There'd be zero costs for the citizen. We have even asked the Ministry of Internal Affairs that all of those citizens who provided cars before March 15th, who want to be equipped with stickers with opportunities to volunteer to go to the registration centers and get the stiskers, since they don't have a pay-off of”, he said.
Even Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Hysen Durmish told Kosovo that tomorrow, he will probably start implementing this project, but that he has not wanted to provide more details, as tomorrow a media conference regarding the establishment of stickers will be held.
