Pre-responsive retirement operations for persons who get retired during the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 calendar years, as well as b. Volunteer agreements to cut the job contract with the default benefits for the worker/en” are said in e-mail.
Those who sign for early retirement will benefit 60 percent of the current gross salary for the remaining retirement period.
Telecom workers who voluntarily interrupt the labour relationship will receive 24 gross salaries at once.
