A ceasefire is urgently needed to help reduce the situation in Ukraine, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has said on Thursday. He has warned that it is very important to prevent a direct conflict between NATO and Russia. He has agreed that sanctions against Russia are having effect. /rel
