The Russian Defence Ministry has said it is planning to hit targets in Kiev, used by the Ukrainian security service. This dictatorship has warned Kiev residents to evacuate from their homes until it provided no information on where those targets were located in this city.
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said it would hit communication pages in Kiev, which it said were being used for “information attacks”, T news agency reported. ASS, broadcast Reuters.
Kiev's mayor published a video showing the moment when a television antenna in the city was caught in flames, apparently hit by a rocket, killing five people.
Missile attacks in Ukraine's second largest city, Kharkiv, killed at least 10 people and injured 35 others, Ukraine's Interior Ministry adviser Anton Hercchenko has said. Similar attacks killed and injured dozens in Kharkiv on Monday.
