Biden named Putin as a war criminal and assassin dictator in recent days after the Russian leader sent thousands of troops to Ukraine last month, in what Putin called special operation to undermine its military assets and the extermination of people he called dangerous nationalists.
“We are seeing and listening to statements that are actually personal inference to President Putin”, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"In view of Biden's nervousness, his fatigue and often his forgetfulness... the fatigue that leads to aggressive statements, we will not make harsh assessments, not to cause more tension”, Peskov added. / P ERISCOPI/
