Two Russian news agencies this afternoon have quoted Russia's Defense Minister, saying Russian forces will attack security services sites in Kiev and a special operations unit, writes Sky News, Pryskopi explains.
According to these agencies, the aim of the attack is to stop information attacks on Russia, while it has been called for residents near this area to leave.
